Cosmedicard is a digital gift card available for instant online purchase. It can be redeemed at participating health and wellness providers across the United States, providing customers with a secure and reliable method to pay for eligible services and products.
By purchasing or using a Cosmedicard, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which govern the use, redemption, and management of the card.
2. General Terms & Conditions
2.1 Third-Party Responsibility
CoverWell is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of goods or services purchased from third-party merchants using a Cosmedicard. Any disputes or claims regarding goods or services should be directed to the merchant where the purchase was made.
2.2 Gift Card Credits
Cosmedicards are purchased in increments of $5. Any unused funds remain with the applicable merchant and may be redeemed at any time for future purchases. If your purchase exceeds the card’s available balance, you may complete the transaction using another payment method.
2.3 State Gift Card Laws
Cosmedicard balances and available credits are subject to individual state gift card laws and regulations. These are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please review your state’s applicable gift card requirements to determine eligibility for redemption or refund.
2.4 No Fees or Interest
No fees are charged for purchasing, holding, or redeeming a Cosmedicard. Balances do not accrue interest.

3. Use of Card
3.1 Eligibility and Use Restrictions
Cosmedicards may only be used at participating merchants within the CoverWell network. They cannot be used for unlawful transactions or outside approved merchant categories.
3.2 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
CoverWell is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Cosmedicards. Funds on lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded, except where required by law.
3.3 Fraud and Misuse
CoverWell reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend any Cosmedicard if fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions is suspected.
3.4 Transfer and Resale Restrictions
Cosmedicards may not be resold, transferred for value, or used for marketing, sweepstakes, or promotional purposes without prior written consent from CoverWell.
4. Refund and Return Policy
4.1 Refunds and Replacements
Cosmedicards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of payment, except where required by law. Once purchased, funds on a Cosmedicard cannot be reversed, transferred, or reissued for any reason, including loss, theft, or unused balances.
4.2 Refunds and Returns for Purchases
If you use a Cosmedicard to purchase a service or product and are entitled to a return or refund from the merchant, these transactions are handled directly by the merchant. CoverWell is not responsible for merchant refunds or cancellations.
5. Privacy and Data Use
By purchasing or using a Cosmedicard, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with CoverWell’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.coverwell.co/privacy-policy.
6. Program Modifications
6.1 Amendments and Termination
CoverWell reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Cosmedicard program or these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice, as permitted by law.
6.2 Consumer Rights
Certain states may provide additional rights or protections regarding gift cards. These Terms and Conditions do not limit any rights you may have under applicable state law.
7. Governing Law

COSMEDICARD FAQs.
Once a card has shipped, the card is not refundable. If the intended recipient does not receive their Gift Card, please contact support at 561-537-3320 or by going to our Contact Us page and submitting a request.
Our Cosmedicards do not have any expiration dates or fees. If an expiration date is indicated on E-Gift Cards and/or Physical Gift Cards, and should you keep the card until that date with unused funds, simply reach out to CoverWell for another card. For further questions, please refer to the specific Terms and Conditions found on the product page prior to purchasing your Gift Card.
You can check the status of your order by using our Contact Us page in the footer section of the site or give us a call and we will help you with your inquiries.
Physical Cosmedicards can only be shipping to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. They arrive in a single envelope or box (depending on order size) containing all of the cards that were ordered, along with a packaging list detailing the contents.
Once payment is cleared (usually within minutes), it will take up to 3 business days to fulfill your order. Delivery timing is dependent upon the shipping method you select at checkout.
We offer delivery options ranging from ground shipping to next day shipping. Freight charges will be quoted based on the size of the order and the delivery method selected.
Cosmedicards hold a live value once purchased and can be redeemed by the participating location of your choice. Please always present your CoverWell Cosmedicard upon arrival to your appointment. Cosmedicards are to be redeemed like a credit card.
